This is Marcus's newest project scheduled to open Spring 2011 in the Hudson Valley. Marcus's vision for Colorado Burger Company is to serve ranch verified grassfed meat. Marcus along with partner Eric Cafaro spent a week in
Colorado touring grassfed farms and processing plants.
"We want to disclose where our meat comes from and where it is processed. America's favorite food, the burger, is troubled with contaminated beef, sick animals, unfair labor and downright deplorable conditions and we want to change that" says Marcus Guiliano. "Healthy and safe burgers are our mission.
Colorado Burger Company has formed an exclusive partnership with Laster Ranch from Colorado. Lasater Ranch has 30,000 acres of grasslands that they raise Beefmaster Cattle.
Colorado Burger plans to open up to 4 locations next year in the greater Hudson Valley.
